I have had more bad experiences here than good. Some were before the management change, some were after. I've had to cancel an order because the staff made the food so sloppy. I recently placed an order on the mobile app. My fianceé went to pick it up, after she got home we realized that my sub and hers had pretty noticable mistakes. Missing bacon, wrong cheese, basic stuff that shouldn't have happened. Found a green hair in one of the subs, that was just plain disgusting. I called the store and spoke to a manager, who was super friendly and helpful. She promised to replace the order in full and made me want to go back. But then I did go back. There was a Heidi working, she was the one to help me, she seemed like she didn't care to be there, which I'm not surprised by, but then she treated the food with little care. I didn't want to be picky so I knew I would take what she gave me, and just not go back. She didn't cut the bread all the way so it was ripped open, she put everything in the middle of the sandwich so when she closed it everything was on one side and not the other, after telling her light ingredients she proceeded to put extra everything on it. I was displeased, but Kylie who was at the cash register was very friendly and happy to help me. She was doing a good job.    Read moreI recently had a deeply disappointing experience at the Listowel Subway location. The staff members, Preet and Landyn, were extremely disrespectful and rude. I had placed an online order for a footlong sub, carefully selecting my preferred vegetables and sauces. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, I was publicly humiliated by these staff members in front of other customers.
They told me that I couldn’t order my sub in the way I had chosen and even went as far as to say that if I placed a similar order in the future, they would cancel it and block me from ordering. I was shocked by this treatment. As a paying customer, I believe it’s my right to order my food the way I like it, without being dictated by staff on what to choose.
This experience was the worst I’ve ever had at Subway, and I’m seriously concerned about the customer service at this location. I strongly urge the owner to address this issue immediately. If this kind of behavior happens again, I will consider taking legal action...
