OK, so my gut told me "don't do it", but I couldn't resist the calling of fresh hot Chinese food at 11am. It looked so good, so I had dry ribs, honey garlic chicken and fried rice. Wanted some fresh veg, but that was the only dish that looked anything but fresh. Rice- hard and chewy, like from yesterday's service chewy. The pork and chicken were so unbelievably salty, that I can only think they made a mistake and grabbed a container of salt or baking soda or baking powder (sodium bicarbonate) instead of flour or cornstarch to coat the meat before it hit the fryer. Or maybe they used salt to lower the bacteria count. Ok seriously, my mouth has salt burn going on right now. Better drop a gallon of water or 2 and couple aspirin 81 to be on the safe side.
