TacoTime — Restaurant in North Vancouver

Do not go here, I placed an order for a burrito bowl pretty standard you’d think but the guy was new and so was his co worker so they fight about where and what it is she (coworker) gets a plate puts lettuce lots just in the middle of the plate a scoop of beans and one of rice some black beans on top of the lettuce like 6 corn bits and cheese sauce it’s mostly lettuce so I ask to add beef and she says no since I said veggie she laughs at me then she can’t find burrito bowl in her computer so I am standing there like 5 minutes when she asks her also new coworker I just say nvm just give me the fries( which I also order) she asks what to do with what she made and I say it doesn’t look at all like the picture it should have at least a bit of resemblance I think and she says it never looks like the picture she says she won’t give me anything and gestures me away so don’t go to this location and if that really was the burrito bowl don’t go anywhere...

Terrible service here. Came in on taco Tuesday and was charged extra for several items without being told I would and without it being noted on the menu. When I asked why my bill was so much I was called rude and treated very poorly by the employees. I said I would pay the price after saying it would be nice if they notified members at the time of ordering of any additional costs. The female employee then slammed the taco on the counter behind her and said nope I’ll eat this one for you and we will make you a new plain one with no add ons…

So rude.

On top of this the ground beef was cold and had a very gross fatty texture.

Also they seem to have their own very young children.. maybe 10 years old?? Using the registers… does not seem quite right.

We ordered 3 Burritos and 4 tacos from tis location through Uber, but received just 2 of the burritos with the other stuff. When we called to get the missing burrito ASAP , as a lousy customer service this is what we got: “Sorry for what happened (stereotype!), but you need to get your refund from Uber and put a new order for the missing one!!!” Of course! Then all we need to do is waiting for another 45 minutes, helping the driver to find our address for 5 minutes, getting out in the muddy snow to let the driver see us, and meanwhile 2 of us can have our meal before it gets cold and let the third one watch while we eat!!! Genius resolution!
