CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice — Restaurant in Oakville

I wasn't going to make a review but I felt that I should voice it out. I've been coming to this Coco since I accidentally discovered they opened a location here. I've been going to the coco near Dundas & Winston Churchill. Firstly, one notable difference between the two is the atmosphere and friendliness. No one really smiles. They don't seem particular friendly or welcoming in this store. The space is really small with only 3 tables but I did notice they installed a new bar table. Secondly, they are a bit slow on making the drinks. Not sure if because they're still new but I went one time with no one else and ordered 2 drinks and I waited 16 minutes for it. It was ESPECIALLY bad when there's a bit of people. Now for the annoying part, I've gone there several times already and it seems like they're always out of something. Today, they had a taro sago promotion (buy 1, get 1 free). You'd think they'd make a bunch of sago but they told me theyre out. You'd think with a few hours before closing and having a promotion like that, you'd want to stock up on that ingredient. I'd at least hope they'd substitute the sago but nope, they were...

We had a birthday party there, and there was a small step area that didn’t interfere with other customers buying milk tea. The staff at the shop were very patient. We had a total of 18 drinks, and they carefully took note of everyone's different flavors and preferences. The only downside was the strong oil smell from the exhaust fan of the restaurant next door, which is right next to Coco. Every time the door opened, the smell would come in.
