Memorial Park — Attraction in Oakville

This is a great area that seems to just be getting better! There is currently an off-leash area for dogs, a playground (which has incredibly springy ground under it), and a community garden. The garden seems to be popular as there are many plants growing. Although I have only walked through the area, all of these seem to be in good condition.

There is another section in development still, but if I recall correctly it will have an area for basketball as well as some games tables under a bit of shelter.

Overall, the area is wonderful as is, but it appears it will only be getting better...

Nice play area in the Oakville city off Dundas/ Sixth Line junction. There is a per play area where you can get your dog/cat for an outdoor time with other pets. There is a nursery which operates in summer time where folks would like to plan garden vegetables. There is a little pond where on a given day you can get an encounter with Canada Goose and Ducks ( Please refrain from feeding them as per the instructions).
