I don't recommend this location. The manager is very rude. I went a week ago, and I felt very mistreated by the store manager, at one point I thought, if it could be a racial discrimination since it felt that way.
I was initially browsing and then decided to buy a very cute pillow that the price was good and some deco for my living room. When I was doing the line to pay, I noticed the store had a sign about a contest, and I decided to participate. While I was registering, I also noticed that the site has a 10% discount that can be used in-store or Online when you sign up on their site, and I asked the lady who was assisting me if I could use it. It seems she was new, so she went to check with the manager who told her that I couldn't use it. Then I realized that I received the email right away with the discount code, and she went again to the manager and clarified that I got the email.
The manager came and told me I couldn't use it for clearance items, and I was like it's fine. But the sales associate clarified that I had items that weren't on sale.
At that point they agreed to use the discount code... But the salesperson called the manager again since when she scanned it apparently didn't work... and the manager asked if I had used the code, for which I kindly responded that no since I just signed up (she saw the email that has the date). Then I noticed that the code was giving a discounf for the entire purchase (I guess they didn't like that) and the manager asked her to break down the order to make me pay twice to ensure that the discount wouldn't apply to items on sale (which was only 1 out of the 5 things I intended to purchase)... I was like, "That's fine" (honestly, it was like 3 dollars discount, so I didn't care).
But then she asked me again if I had used the discount code that at that point was ridiculous to ask and it seems to be on purpose... The interesting part is that she asked, not only twice but 4 times.... I counted the times she asked because I really felt humiliated and unwelcome, and at that point, I was like, "You know what, keep your items, have a great day."
She didn't ask why or anything like that, she seemed to be glad that I didn't buy; but you could tell that she was bothered not sure if it was with me as a person or that I was using a discount code that the store offers 🤔
I have never had a similar experience in Canada, and I'm sure I shouldn't be the only one with a similar experience. After looking other reviews, others have posted similar experience with the store manager.
I reflected at that point why I'm going to spend money on a store that doesn't even want me as a customer...

Read moreExtremely poor quality - bought a Filmore bed for $1200 and it lasted a year. The "wood" on the side frame literally snapped (opened it up to find that the "wood" is much more like paper). At that price point, I certainly didn't expect to be replacing the bed every year, and I will definitely not make another purchase from there. Not to mention customer service, when I called about it, the person noted the purchase date, and asked me to send in pics and a description. Then after I sent in the pictures, she tells me its out of warranty. Well then why did she waste my time by telling me to take pics?
