A few months ago, we ordered a large order with the pizzas , wings, breadsticks, and dessert only to arrive home, after picking it up, to find out everything was burnt to a crisp except the dessert. I phoned the store to complain. The manager then called me back apologizing saying she was short-staffed, she was not feeling well and offered some sort of compensation . I felt sorry for her and told her that it just should not happen again. She agreed that it should not happen again but insisted she compensate us with a credit to the account of approximately $40. Fast forward this few months, and we try to order again. I explained that there's a credit on the account to the girl who answered the phone. She looked into the computer system and said there is no such credit. So she said she would get her manager, I was on hold forever, I hung up! I then proceeded to call another pizzaria which is closer. While on the phone to the other pizzeria, the manager of Pizza hut was trying to reach me but I could not take the call, so she left a message. I listened to the message and decided it was BS and I was not going to waste my time with this store anymore. She then called back twice that evening not leaving a message but ringing our home phone almost harassingly. Her frantic attempt(s)which were evident in her voice message was about her employee not knowing which is BS. If there is a credit in the computer, then there's a credit in the computer and the employee would be able to access that. The truth is the credit was never put in the computer. The lack of integrity, lack of efficient service, the lack of quality product has less left us no choice but to deem Pizza Hut as a store of the past that is fading out of existence. Most unfortunate as we see many businesses suffer due to poor staffing, poor management, lack of communication, and lack...

Just ordered the new stuffed bundle, as I am expecting to deliver my baby tomorrow and didn’t want the hassle of cooking. Bundle arrived early (great!) and we sat down and bit into the pizza...to find no stuffed crust. Placed a call to the restaurant on 380 Dundas in Oakville, and basically was told I had to go pick up a replacement pizza once I showed them the confirmation email I received. They insisted they never got the ‘stuffed’ part. After telling them I’m heavily pregnant and if I were to drive out I’d expect compensation (why order delivery if I’m expected to pick it up after their mistake?) they said I could email the receipt (I’m being called a liar, basically) to the manager and they’d replace my pizza. They didn’t receive the email for some reason (we read it back to confirm) and the manager came on saying they’d replace the pizza, but they were really busy and couldn’t deliver it. I told them if I had to pick it up, I’d write a bad review and expect a refund- then suddenly she said they’d send it!!! Wow!! I asked for some sort of compensation (i.e. dessert or drink) and she refused. This location needs to work on customer experience. I’m sitting here now, hoping they don’t spit in my food, and waiting to see if they actually send the promised pizza- and cinnaparts finally offered. I’m...
Read moreThis was by far the worst experience ever!
First off, paid for home delivery and tip. The driver, no issues or concerns spot on.
What became the issue was that 1 out of three pizzas was incorrect. We as in my husband and I attempted to call on two different phone lines and was each on hold for well over 25+ min to have the issue resolved. No answer, so we proceeded to drive to the location while still ON HOLD...yes after we paid for delivery!!
When we arrived we were not met with a friendly response to the error. We just wanted a new pizza and consideration for compensation. The BIG take away was we were still on hold on the phone and when we asked why she or anyone else isn't answering the phone, the response we got was "we are too busy!" We can see her literally press a button on the phone that was either hanging up on people or silencing the ringing.
All we got when we had to push was a refund of $5.49 for reimbursement of delivery fee. And only until we advised we are putting in a formal complaint did she start offering other options.
And it was no surprise that others in the waiting area expressed there past experiences with lack of service, answering phone calls etc.
Buyers beware!! Don't bother calling...
