Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Oakville

Friday afternoon, april 29th 2022 ....I walk in with my little one, no one else in the store. 3 ppl at thr til, they told me to wait cuz they were figuring something out at the til, some next guy walks in and they ask him to take his order?? And then asked him if he needed help with his order, offered him suggestions?? 🙄 Little ones getting irritated and I myself are running out of patience. Finally took my order, I walked in cuz of a flyer.. I didnt know what the type of toppings the pizza had in it so I presented it and advised them that I wanted the toppings in their picture. Deal was the Blue Jay's special, for $28... that took them another 4 mins to figure out... the portions small, wings small, pizza small, this is why I don't try new places on my own dime. Goin back to pizza pizza. Sorry....

Saturday May 25th I ordered pizza and wings from this location for a birthday party. I've never had an issue with Pizza Nova before but on this occasion the pizza arrived all twisted and folded over itself (moreso than the picture shows). It was so embarrassing to serve pizza that looked like someone had shaken the box and run it over with their car! The taste of the food was fine, but I paid OVER $100 for two mangled pizzas and wings. We only realized the pizza was mangled after we had paid the delivery person and opened the boxes---- if you ever order delivery look at the pizza first before paying.

This is a place from where we purchased pizza many times. However, today my daughter went in, with my grandkids, and dealt with the grumpiest man alive: very rude and with absolute no desire to have us as customers again! When asked details about the pizzas, he had a "take it or leave it" attitude, disrespectful and rude. We understand that everyone may have a bad day sometime, but when you are a business owner (or work for one) you communicate nicely with customers if you want to see them again. If you don't want to see them again .... just be rude and impolite. Not going to this place again! All the...
