Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Oakville

HORRIBLE SERVICE by white women (tattoo on left/right hand near the wrist). On two separate occasions now I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one of the most unpleasant workers I have ever seen in my life. Literally you can tell she acts superior based on how she speaks down to you.

The first time my experience was in person where she was in the back making and bringing breakfast sandwiches to the front. When I told her the sandwhich was incorrect she automatically went on defense mode with her loud and obnoxious voice proving that she is looking at what was shown on the computer screen as my order. I quickly put a stop to her rant and said to speak with the cashier that took my order to verify, at which time she started to take her frustration out on the poor indian girl that seemed to have made an honest mistake. She then proceed to tell a male white gentleman to make sure the difference of the money is accounted for by the indian girl in a very snarky tone.

Today I decided to order my breakfast through drivethru and from the beginning of placing my order I had a feeling this is the same person just based on her miserable tone through the speaker. After placing my order my suspicions were right it was the same person. I had never felt so rushed to collect my items and leave and clearly she was upset that I asked for napkins as she flipped it to me without even looking at me and kept continuing her conversation with an employee (not work related).

I can only hope this is not the same person/manager alot of other reviewers have left for this establishment. I will be contacting head office but I am telling you all, if you see a white women with a tattoo on her right/left wrist just remember everything I wrote on here so you can see what I mean. UPDATE-3: Nov 12th, 2021, 1035am, Ordered Cheesemelt buy 1 get one free app deal, the bread appeared with grill marks, but the cheese was still cold and NOT MELT! See photo how they advertise and what they give out to customers, and on top they made me wait five minutes out in the parking lot as they were perfecting it....? None who work here have any understandings of cooking.

UPDATE-2: MAY 26, 2021 250pm, Ordered one large dark roast with 1 Milk and 1 Sugar by redeeming points, and they ended up making it with 2 Sugar, it was like drinking Syrup. There is no regulation at this location, the guy handed the coffee with his bare hands, holding around the lid. Tim's Head Office doesn't care about these customer issues or their Safety anymore :/

UPDATE-1: MAY 23, 2021, 1030am, I activated 2x Farmer's Breakfast Wrap on App for $5, they redeemed it, and gave me 2x breakfast sandwich in the bag, I didn't see it until on QEW highway. What part of the simple Order they didn't understand :/

FIRST REVIEW: MAY 11th, 2017, 10:07 am: my wife ordered everything Bagle with a Dark Roast Regular coffee at the drive through. They gave, a fully burnt bagel, and a double double coffee, see photos. This location is one of the worst one and avoid if possible. Tgere are two Tim's locationa one across the road at Esso and other just north of QEW to avoid the trouble. What a third class Bagel quality especially when my wife was rushing to an important meeting and this burnt bagel started her day spoiled. It is not a rocket science to toast a bagel, and the server must have seen it coming out burnt when applying spread on it but he decided to give it to customer anyways, what a stupid move especially to a customer who lives a block away from this location. The Girl at 6:55 am on March 14, 2024 was very rude. I put in my order and when she gave me my muffin I explained I asked for a muffin heated with butter (nicely) she grabbed it rolled her eyes and told me to move my car to the side and they will bring it out. There was noone behind me so I asked her why there is noone behind me and how long does it take to put butter and heat for 10 seconds, and again noones behind me. She was so rude. My son did not eat his food because he was in shock and did not trust her anymore. I had to go thru another Tims to get him food. This was not the first time I had problems at this Tims.
