241 Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

For last 10 years of us living in Rama we've had the best service and best pizza from 241. The owner is truly the sweetest and most helpful, he helped us when our daughter moved into her dorm and we were trying to send them pizzas to surprise her roommates. The delivery drivers for the last 10 years have been amazing too. I lost my dad and the older gentleman knew and always checked on me. Now they have a new driver, she is an older lady and she is the sweetest. Tonight when we ordered we tipped her and she gave my little girl 3 dollars to buy herself ice cream because it is so hot out. For her to give up some of her tip (we tried to encourage her to take it back but she said no you buy yourself ice cream little girl) I just want to say how amazing 241 pizza is, not only is the pizza, wings and garlic bread the best in this area, they have the best people working for them. Thank you for making my daughter's night. We enjoyed our supper so much and the memories of your employees will stay with us forever. Everyone should order 241 not just for the amazing food but the people make you feel like family. We can't thank you enough. Having grown up around 241 pizza I must say I have a certain nostalgia for the brand. Growning up it was a treat being able too walk down the street to get a slice of pizza during lunch break, and thats sadly all. Maybe it's the location, but lately the only thing thats good are the slices and thats arguable, everthing else I've had has a "dirty dishwater" taste with dry, stale mushrooms as well. Hope it is corrected in the future cause its a real shame.

Edit: Been over a year of not ordering from this location. I have to say, I see some improvement!

Still not amazing, but the taste of the pizza improved drastically. Ingredients aren't stale and that dishwater taste is gone. Hope to see more of the same...

I called and ordered 2 medium pizzas, the store had no problem getting my phone number or my order but failed to get my address down after I told them not once but 3 times after they called me back 20 minutes after my initial call to order. Even after telling them clearly, (i don't don't have language impediments) my address they still thought I was located on Peter st. In orillia (im no where near!) Finally, when I said I wanted to cancel my order and take business elsewhere they called me back twice (I declined the first call, because I made myself clear) Customer service is beyond unacceptable here, dont...
