Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

I ordered my pizza to be delivered by phone. I waited over an hour for it to arrive. when it did not I called them and there excuse to get out of having to give the promised free pizza after 60 minutes. They proceeded to tell me that the driver was here and tried to call but the phone was unavailable and there not allowed to knock on the door. He never tried to call there are no missed calls on my phone and no voicemails. They sent back where I waited yet another 56 minutes for it to arrive. The driver tried telling me that he called, knocked and rang the doorbell, ( remember customer service said there not allowed to do that) He did none of them. I have a German shepherd boxer cross that barks every time someone pulls into the driveway but she didn't even twitch. I was also sitting at the table where I can clearly see someone going to the door from the window. It arrived completely cold and dried out yet I still have to pay full price for pizza that was sitting for almost 2 hours. They want me to pay full price for garage. This is my first time ever using pizza pizza and I will NEVER use there...

We decided to give pizza pizza a try again showed up only customer in location man finally comes to counter after ten minutes of us standing there, we ordered two slices, he proceeded to then just ignore us never got us the slices started to do other things after waiting another twenty minutes of not even seeing our slices go in the oven we asked where they were the man flat out said I will get them when I am ready.. this is the second time we couldn't even get a smile, a proper response or proper customer service from this location everytime we try to go back this is the garbage customer service we receive. Thanks for ruining every pizza pizza for us we will be going down the street to a place where my orders are always ready on time with a smile and with fast customer service. Completely incompetent!! Waited for service then didn’t get what I ordered after I got all the way home!! Never going there again and warning everyone in town about this horrible place.

I’ve tried to reach out as per your reply but of course it’s impossible. If you’re going to offer a resolution then please give proper instructions on how to reach you! Or maybe that was the point?

Tried again and service was worse! Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged and told 20 minutes for our small order. Came back 20 minutes later to wait again to be acknowledged and told wasn’t ready. This is the worst service and business I’ve ever encountered. Run from this place. Not worth the frustration when you’re spending your hard earned money. Shame on Pizza Pizza organization for allowing anyone to run a franchise. So unhappy and now boycotting...
