I recently visited the A&W restaurant at 3210 Wonderland Rd S on January 31 around 1 pm, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. I ordered 2 Buddy Burgers and a Sweet Cream Root Beer, both of which were absolutely delicious.

What stood out, even more, was the outstanding customer service provided by an employee named Payton. While I was grabbing my drink, she, who was working at the busy drive-thru, politely stopped me to inquire about my order. I told her the drink, and she immediately recognized that it wasn't the right one. Payton's knowledge of the products was impressive; she explained that the drink I ordered was made automatically by a machine, and she could tell it was incorrect just by its color.

What amazed me was her dedication to ensuring I got the right drink. Payton stopped what she was doing, took the initiative to figure out the machine, and made sure I received the proper drink. This level of competence, willingness to go the extra mile, and outstanding customer service is truly commendable.

It's rare to encounter such a high standard of service, especially during busy lunch hours. Payton's politeness and well-spoken nature added to the overall positive experience. A&W should be proud to have an employee like Payton who not only understands their products but also takes the initiative to ensure customer satisfaction.

In a world where exceptional customer service can be a rarity, Payton deserves recognition for her dedication and attention to customer needs. I hope others within the organization take notice of her exemplary...

We had a coupon for a 2 combo meal that included coffees - we don’t drink coffee. I asked while going through the drive thru. We were given some information and a lot of different prices (if you purchase this or that it’s this price). We ALWAYS wanted two beverages so why exclude one and tell us how much ONLY that would be? We eventually proceed to the window to have the young person ask us if we were sure of our order. They asked us SEVERAL times “You good?” before allowing me to pay. Then they proceeded to tell me I was confused about placing my order. They were obnoxious at this time with the CONSTANT asking if I was good and sure. What the heck was going on???? Is this what customer service has boiled down to?

Totally disgusted and disappointed in our order. The food was EXTREMELY greasy that it saturated the bags. Unfortunately the hash browns stuck to the sleeve it came in and broke apart while trying to peel them out. With the amount of grease that remained in the sleeve you’d think it would’ve slipped out. The new A&W restaurant opened on Southdale/Wellington in London, Ontario -and all I can say I hope they improve with time. Your ad on TV for the Mama Burgers shows trimmings with Lettuce- Tomato- Onions on the burger- here they don't know what I am talking about when I told them the Burger they gave me had no lettuce & tomato. I also requested that one burger no mustard- no dressings- just a little mayo and double pickles- the other burger all dressings. When I got home and ate it had lots of mustard and single pickles. I called in to complain on Monday, Jan 13th- spoke with Bruce- he took my number and said Manager would call me- no call was received. I again called Jan 17th spoke to Brianna- she apologized -said they don"t sell mama burgers with lettuce and tomato- but she would give me two free burgers- I went in to collect -again requested no mustard on one- walked out and bit into my one burger- again mustard- the restaurant was empty- not a soul there- but they were still slow- my reason for writing is that you should take a look at this location closely- they are not...
