Don't go here. My friend and I typically travel across the city to go to the Masonville location, however now that they have this brand new chipotle in the south area, we thought this would be much more convient. Turns out when you go to get a bowl the staff love to be skimpy with the quantity of food you can have (chiptle is known for quantity and quality of food being a bang for its buck). As a customer, I asked for more of everything then the nickle and dimming they were doing. The manager then explained the quantum physics of the spoon sizing to me for 5 minutes. My friend and I got the same thing minus a sauce and his was double in portion. Manager appeared to be looking for a conflict as they did not offer resolution, to top up my bowl, or anything, instead he told me that I can always ask for more if its not extra money. ISNT IT SUPPOSE TO BE FILLED UP TO AN EXPECTATION??? ITS NOT THAT HARD TO MAKE A BOWL LOOK FULL. My friend paid for the food and we left. No apology, no resolution, and no consideration for customer thoughts. Resistive to feedback. P.S the bowl tastes like shit. This Manager needs...
Read moreA little disappointed. Maybe a lot disappointed Okay, not what we expect from a tier one restaurant We were hungry, and did not have the Chipotle in our minds was a little crushing. We don't know if they forgot the seasoning or forgot that the seasoning or maybe they just were too busy looking at Instagram and didn't know when to add the seasoning to the meat while it was cooking. We've eaten Chipotle numerous times and never got home and eaten it and thought where is that patented Chipotle flavor. It's not to say we won't go back, but the team could use a little bit of coaching on the get it right tactics for each day. It was well supplied. Well stocked, although the carnitas does look like it was nearing the end of life. The store was clean. The restrooms were fine and the condiment stand had lots of sweeter. I may try a different one in the area before I go back this one because once burned is...
Read moreSlow, messy, super salty. I LOVE chipotle and I was pretty excited to have one about five minutes from home, but trying for the first time today and this location wasn’t the best. The staff didn’t have hustle like the masonville location and I waited a decent time before someone could serve me because only one person was on the line. The food prep area itself was very messy with rice and salsas all over.
Sadly I took my food to go but it was incredibly salty. I’m not sure what exactly was over-salted but I suspect the chicken and fajita veggies. The chips were also very salty. Not the taste im used to.
I can’t fault the staff as they were quite nice and the portion was great, but the overall experience wasn’t as good as most other locations I’ve been to. Hopefully it will...
