Red Swan Pizza - London (S) Wonderland Rd — Restaurant in Ontario

What a cheap owner this franchise owner is ! We like to try new places, so we thought we would give this place a try, since it's new. Was the worst decision on a Saturday evening we took. We ordered a large butter chicken pizza ($28). When we got our pizza, we thought we will just dine in, since we were not going home directly and we were hungry. We took one bite each (my wife and I), and looked at each other, because it did not taste anything like butter chicken. We have tried red swan pizza before, at another location, and they were spot on with the taste. We immediately went up to the employee and let him know that we are not happy with the taste, and if they can make us another pizza of a different flavor. The employee said sure, and tried to charge us another $18. I said no, and we would rather just them make another pizza for us, or return our $28. At this point, remember, we both had taken one bite each of one slice. The employee said they cannot do that, and they will have to call the owner to let him know. We were shocked I just policy and told him to call the owner of the franchise, because it is not acceptable. After speaking with the owner over the phone, the employee came back to us and let us know that he is only willing to give us 50% money back. We told him to keep his pizza, and accepted the 50% money back and let him know that this is not the way to do business. The owner of this place is so cheap, treating clients in this manner. I would 100% not recommend this place to anybody. Any place that I have been to in the world would happily make us another pizza, or refund the money to the customer, when they are unhappy after they took their first bite. What a disgrace to the community. This business owner should not be allowed to operate a good franchise like Red swan pizza. The head office will be notified of his action as well. Perfect Disaster of the well cooked pizza!!!! I ordered it online and Finds it not cooked well so I contact to the pizza shop and they give me the reply this that it’s because of the toppings you will find that the dough is not cooked!!!! I showed them the dough in between of the pizza and tell them that I don’t order a dough as a topping of the pizza if there is dough in the pizza is uncooked that’s it and they didn’t accept their fault for god sake!!!!! and I didn’t demand them a new pizza i just wanted them to accept this!!! “Be care-full guy they now have new toppings to add in the pizza the uncooked dough” If you think this veggie fan pizza has too many toppings that the dough did not cooked so you should stop selling this pizza it’s in your manu we did not create it so it’s not our fault that your and i did not oder only bottom of the pizza if the pizza inside is uncooked it means it’s not cooked you see the bottom of the pizza and say it’s cooked well than you should guys learn the skills to make...

Small location (cute and clean) with friendly staff. I went in to try their pizza during their $2 deal today. They were prepped ahead for their deal day, and I had to only wait a moment for them to retrieve them.

I cycled to the Wonderland location. Thank you so much for having bike racks at this plaza! Because I biked, I did reheat my slices in my airfryer, and they were perfect.

Pepperoni was crispy around the edges (love that!), and there was enough cheese, certainly more than Domino's. The crust was crispy and delicious with toasted sesame seeds.

Thanks for the opportunity to try your pizza for such a great price. I will certainly be ordering from this establishment in the future. I look forward to trying more...
