A&W Canada — Restaurant in Ontario

I have never used the A & W app, which i had to download to order lunch today. In the end, i was pretty impressed. I ordered 2 '65Buddy burgers and a Teen burger combo. I am impressed that you can add/remove ingredients, make your order quite custom. I didn't want the sauce and i changed my bun to the multigrain one. All 3 of us made changes to our order. Everything came perfectly as we ordered it and piping hot! A plus in my books! Lots of options and i liked the real ingredients: lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, who does that?!, and the little lovely crispy apple pies. Perfection in fast food! The online app ordering went well and was easy to do. I did have to take the time to download the app, sign up, create an email/password thing then i could order.. pick your location and order. The app knew how long it would take us to arrive so our food was still hot. I liked that. Would definitely order again. The .50 upgrade for the multigrain bun was worth it. The bun had substance, was crispy and tasted very good. I was happy i chose it. The fresh lettuce, tomatoes etc were fresh and tasty. I skipped the special sauce and they got that right :) Our meal was hot and ready ontime and was exactly as i ordered it with napkins and dipping sauce and straws. I just came back for Cornwall location and was not impressed and I will not be going back. I was planning on getting a full Mozza Burger meal with root beer but things changed real quick . I watch the 3 employees in the back,the cook and two female employees the cook has a hair net on, and so did the girl filing orders so Thank you for this , but there is 1female with grey shirt no name tag on here I asked her why her hair net wasn't properly on her head ? she replied with ooops sorry it must of feel out and then with our fixing it , all of her bangs are hanging out of the hair net and a fan blowing right next to her blowing her hair all around. she took my order and then continued to walk around the whole back around not fixing her hair and then to the front to change a garbage bag walk back and continue doing whatever. not 1ce did she wash her hands after handling the garbage can or fix her hair . I was going to say something but they are all in their 20s not going to do anything about it so I took my order walked out and will not be returning. I order through the drive through all time so I can not see the employees now seeing this I won't be back sorry . You will be missing out on my husband and I coming by 2ce week regularly. I just want to say about the horrible experience I had this morning at the Cornwall location. It started from her taking my order I could tell in her voice right off the bat she did not want to be there. I got to the window and when I received my frozen root was only 3/4’s full. I asked is that the amount that is suppose to be in there? And she snapped at me and said yes. I did take a picture while I also had to wait for my food. She said they were waiting on eggs. Then to top it off when she brought my food out to the car no a word was said and the way she handed it to me was totally unacceptable. This is my go to place on Saturday morning but will now choose another establishment to give my business too. This is not the first time I get bad service from her but today was the icing...
