Mr. Puffs — Restaurant in Ontario

So the other day I decided to use the last of what I had to treat myself, I got some Mr. Puffs. 😄 Placed my order on door dash, 33 puffs a drink and an English cream, payment processed awesome, order cancelled... Wait what? Tried to get in touch with doordash, there seems to be some issues it's okay we will process a refund it will take 3 days in the meantime just order again?? I can't order again, called Mr. Puffs to see if they could un-cancel on there end but they couldn't, could hear the owner contacting doordash unpleased. After almost an hour of back and forth with doordash they finally issued me a refund so I could order again. The lady at Mr. Puffs was amazing this whole time, contacted doordash, checking in with me. I reordered the same and she was kind enough to upgrade me to 50 puffs and even threw in an extra English cream. Honestly amazing customer service, food was amazing and after a few I'm already stuffed. 10/10 recommend but probably best you go yourself or call...

After entering, it was very hot inside, not a fault of the owner but something I noticed, if I was to work there I would be very uncomfortable in these temperatures, for context I have worked in kichens for some time and I would still say the temp was elevated for a kitchen. After spending a highly inflated price for a "large" milkshake that wasn't very large and 6 puffs, the food turned out to be very average, especially for the cost. The service could also have been better, I don't blame the minimum wage employees, but the owner could encourage a more positive environment, perhaps starting with the temperature; better service should be expected as they are pushing a minimum of a 10% tip (if I am to speculate, I suspect that tip is not going into the pockets of the staff, but to the owner) Better deserts could be had at chains like Tim Hortons or McDonald's for far less and they offer drive thru. I was disappointed by such a large chain. I would not...

Simply the best thing I have ever tasted. Literally what I think heaven’s food might tastes like. We tried the Cookies and Cream with. Salted Caramel, the biggest size, and we were told it would take approximately 2hrs because it was so large. I had seen the pictures on Google and they had looked so good we say “Heck, why not? Looks worth the wait” OMG was it ever and it only took 57 mins not the 120 we were quoted. I would highly recommend trying Mr.Puffs. It’s like the Crispy Cream of Cornwall but better than Crispy Cream. Seems a little pricy but when you see the amount of topping and how big the Puffs are you will be glad to shell out the extra couple bucks again in the future, I know I will the next time I get delivery. So yes heaven does deliver through Mr.Puffs, as well as the skilled baker(s)they employ. The lady who took our order was so friendly...
