A&W Canada — Restaurant in Ontario

So first off rude customer service, I order a burger, plain, I get treated like an alien for ordering a plain burger. Took the women a good 3 minutes just to type it in because she had to act so confused and weirded out by a plain patty on a bun. Giving me a look like I couldn’t order a plain patty on a bun, I felt super uncomfortable. After all this I expect at least the correct order. I get home and open my bag to find I had to eat the not-to-also-mention disgusting chicken strip things WITHOUT my sweet and sour because I guess my plain patty made her think I wouldn’t want the sauce I ordered. Never going back there....

Last night, on February 1st, I visited the A&W on Bell Boulevard around 10:50 PM. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I noticed two girls, but they didn't acknowledge my presence. After waiting for some time, I proceeded forward, only to find the staff ducking beneath the front counter, seemingly avoiding taking orders. Despite the store being open, their behavior was quite ridiculous. I hope the management addresses this...

I had such a genuinely pleasant experience during my visit, and I just have to mention the amazing customer service. What really stood out to me was a girl, Kashish who attended me. She was absolutely lovely and welcomed us with a big smile, she was incredibly polite and had such a calm and friendly way of interacting.
