On more than 4 occasions I ordered a large cold brew coffee beverage. At first I just thought they were mixing up the order. The cold brew clearly advertises, an essential foam on top. I would go back and ask about it, but unfortunately, there appeared to be a misunderstanding of what I wanted. I chalked it up to a possible language barrier. Not wanting to make anyone feel bad, after trying to explain, I just took it. I started getting them at another Timmy’s and got to see what a true cold brew looked like. Back at the mall, I thought I would try again. When I asked where the espresso foam was, I was told they did not have the machine. It was too big for that establishment. I mentioned, but you are charging more. The lady just repeated what she had previously said. Again, I took it and called customer service. She took all the information down. 3 weeks passed and I heard nothing.i then recalled and was told the girl had written down, I didn’t want it investigated. I did. I was told I should receive a phone call with in a couple of weeks. It been almost a month, and nothing. False advertising at it’s best. I wonder how much money they made off not serving the correct product. Pretty sad...

I frequent this location often as I work in the mall. While the staff are friendly, it seems to be chronically understaffed, especially at peak time periods. I have waited in line for 10-15 minutes for just a hot drink at times which is just too long. I'm specifically writing this review though, because today while I was waiting for my order, one of the staff started to clean a light fixture in the ceiling. Dust was flying EVERYWHERE while other staff members were preparing drinks and food. It was gross. Please speak to your staff about when appropriate times to...

Worst service ever! Whenever I go to this location and ask for my regular mocha iced cap... They say that their frozen Java machine is down or is being cleaned.. Today I went there.. For the same thing they did make my mocha.. But.. It sucked. I ordered two, one for my friend. One of the had no chocolate syrup and the cup was just about 3/4th filled and the other had a lot of chocolate syrup.. Enough to overflow out and drain the whole thing.. I couldn't even hold it.. They definitely need to improve services. Or people would avoid going to Timmies...
