Out first experience was not a good one. Ordered two of the black garlic fillet mignon ramen because the waiter recommended it. It was brought to the table and after the first bite the meat felt like we were chewing rubber, extremely over cooked. The waitress came to the table to ask how it was and we told her about the filet and she apologized and offered to get us another serving which we declined as we felt the meat was all overcooked. We could hear the people at the counter stating that they may have overcooked the meat and felt bad. We took all the beef out and ate the noodles. When time came for the bill they brought it to the table and we were charged 19$ for each bowl and when asked if there was something they could do since we didn’t eat much but we were told the owner has a strict policy of no refunds or discounts. So needless to say we will never go back and it was the worst first experience we’ve had. I do not recommend at all,...

We visited this restaurant yesterday for lunch for the first time. Found out that this establishment has been open for about a year. The restaurant was very clean and our meal came out quickly and hot. Everything was fresh and delicious. Ramen eggs were made to perfection and the pork melted in our mouths. The broth was light and creamy and was flavourable. We had the pan fried gyozas which were delicious. The dipping sauce that went with the gyozas lacked in tanginess BUT they didn’t need any dipping cause they were great without it. Service was great. The waitress came by 3x to make sure we had enough water and that the food was ok. Overall, I would recommend this place and will definitely be coming back when I need...

I got the Original Ajisen & Karagge (lunch special 3 pcs - with ramen or rice set only until 4pm).

Original Ajisen ramen - would recommend, the broth was rich, creamy and had a deep flavor.

Karaage - was seasoned well, fried perfectly and delicious.

However, had some issues with their service: ramen came out 25+ minutes after I placed the order Karaage came out after I was done with Ramen, basically 40 minutes after I placed the ramen order the ramen bowl was chipped

I think they recently opened, but they really need to get their operational organization in order. It seems like there's a disconnect between front of the house and the kitchen staff. Hope they are addressing...

We had dinner at Ajisen and tried the Tom Yum Grilled Shrimp Ramen in black garlic broth and the same dish with spicy miso sauce. Both broths were flavorful, and the shrimp was excellent, but the portions felt a bit lacking for the price—especially the noodles. We also ordered the matcha-flavored Japanese cheesecake, which was disappointing. It wasn’t a true Japanese cheesecake but a tiny, bland piece of regular cheesecake with no matcha flavor. Overall, the food was good, and we’d go back, but I’d recommend adding extra toppings to your ramen and skipping the dessert. The waitress was wonderful, and the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated.
