Bulk Barn — Restaurant in Ontario

I had great customer service from this location however upon arriving home I found living bugs in my wild rice soup mix and my spicy soup mix (both had the same bugs in them). I hope the manager can set it right when I return tomorrow as I spent over 100$ in the store to stock my pantry for my four children over winter. I'm still sifting through all my items to ensure there are no other bugs in them! *UPDATE * I phoned the store and the manager was really helpful. I brought the product in and he took care of the disposal, explained what type of bug it was and apologized for th inconvenience of the incident. He then refunded me for the products. We called in the morning asking the staff to set aside some items for us and promised to come over to pick up soon. We showed up at the store, no one was aware of anything set aside, manager said we called the wrong store (we called correct store which we verified again by checking our call history and the number on google, and even called again after this, it is indeed this store), no one even bothered to double check for us. Drove 30 minutes for nothing, and the cashier quickly scanned through the counter, didn’t consult anyone, just said “oh sorry”.

We don’t know how this could possibly happen, and we usually don’t give 1 star but this experience totally...

This Bulk Barn has, as usual for Bulk Barn, a wide variety of, well, "bulk."

Cleanliness? The store is very clean and well maintained. The containers seem to be clean, can't say for sure.

Quality? Quality is at a high standard. I've only had one time when I bought nuts and they were bad.

Staff Friendliness? The staff are friendly and good people.

Cons? The only concern thag I have is that the store sometimes has a strong soapy scent, in certain isles, from the soap that it has for sale. This shouldn't be an issue, though, since all containers seem...
