Edit: WOW I am astonished at the response from the customer service the manager has in her response!!! (which I mentioned was great in person btw) I did NOT say the corn dog was soggy AT ALL. Please learn the difference between STALE AND SOGGY. I tried it as soon as I entered my car while it was warm so your response makes 0 sense. I would have appreciated a more professional response but gas lighting your customers and telling them to go make their food at home is incredibly below any level of customer service I have experienced. You could have handled this so much better.

Cute place, but do NOT order the Cheese Doritos corn dog! They are SO STALE and inedible, I was extremely disappointed by how old the chips tasted. I also picked up a lychee passion fruit bubble tea from the store and asked for it to be 50% sweet and it was EXTREMELY sweet and undrinkable :( disappointed because I used to cross from Michigan to come here! Friendly atmosphere and informative staff. Friendly chatty. Patiently explained everything we inquired about as it was our 1st time ordering and they were not super busy at the time. It was a steady flow of customers as we were waiting for our food (about 20 minutes, and yes they did tell us that its gonna take that long as we had big order), and they were friendly with everyone. The place is spotlessly clean!!! Huge tumbs up and bonus for that!!! Food was like a heart attack in a box and instant heartburn combined - but oh so worth it!!! Hotdog are HUGE! We had mozza/hotdog combos and they were amazing tasting. Everything was made to order, thus a bit of a wait. But if you would preffer not to wait long time - call ahead. Definitely going back and trying...

I stopped by to grab a quick hot dog before work. ( Foreshadow it was not quick, lol) I got a sweet chili chicken nugget all beef corn dog and nothing else. There was a man there when I arrived but by the time I ordered he was gone. I waited about 14-16 minutes to actually receive my food, at 10 minutes I was ready to ask for a refund and leave but the lady noticed I was waiting a while and told me a few more minutes. On top of that I think they have me the wrong sauce. I found the sauce very spicy and my lips were burning.
