Ok so we tried this restaurant for the first time today. Definitely not worth the money, nor do I see it lasting long in our community. One order was the burger, loaded fries and Caesar salad. The burger was regular nothing special, the loaded fries were alright but too wet and the salad was normal as usual. The next order was ribs with coleslaw, loaded rice and Mac and cheese which it all was disgusting… pictures will be uploaded. The Mac and cheese was so plan and not your regular Mac and cheese, it’s just noddles with light white/creme cheese sauce on it. The ribs you get 4 and they had nothing but fat on them, the ribs tasted bitter, the coleslaw was tasteless and disgusting and the loaded rice was the only thing that had somewhat of a taste. The food looked and smelled good but unfortunately the taste did not match. I always like to try new restaurants in our community and normally when it’s a bad experience I will go again to give a second try but this restaurant will not get that second try. Honestly my stomach turns just thinking about their food. Majority of it went to the animals and garbage. I only gave it a star for food because I could not put 0.
Update to the owner response- unfortunately I will not be returning to this establishment to give it a second try. The food was horrible and unfortunately I feel sick even thinking about it. I wish you all the best but I do not think this restaurant will last a year. The ribs are horrible and full of fat. After reading the reviews many customers have complained about the ribs being full of fat, why would you not address that instead you continue to mislead customers. You’re definitely not trying to improve the quality of the food you sell. I hope others read reviews before they go and not waste...

You need to hire a manager that knows how to run a restaurant. Just because you can cook a little doesn't mean you understand the business of serving food to the public. Keep in mind I use to be a catering manager and worked in bbq way back in the day.
The food is too expensive and portions are off. $35 for 2 tiny beef bones half covered in fat and overcooked as well. Generally there is a slab of meat on the top of the beef rib like most smoke houses but here there was nothing. The brisket has no smoke ring and looked extremely dry, obviously no smoker in house? The counter is confusing the kitchen, and the kitchen is confusing the counter. I spent roughly $80 for a burger and ribs. The burger was good. The ribs sadly were not. The coleslaw was off and the rice was cold in the center. This was extremely disappointing
Just watching the fries being served and boxed first? Guys the fries are always last thing to be plated as it's the first to go cold. I knew then and there this place won't last long sadly. It should not take over 40min for a 2 item take out order.
Tunnel bar bee que would of have the order finished in 3 minutes and out the window. There's lots of work to do here if they plan on staying open long.
