Beer Store 3251 — Restaurant in Ontario

Went in today between 3:30-4pm on the 4/8/2023 and needed to use a cart. I usually put my cart back after I finish my exchange as a curtesy, but for the moment I put it near the center console to complete my payment with the nice lady at the till. As I approached another non-gentleman behind her said "that's not where it goes". I said "sorry" to give him a chance to say maybe anything like "sorry, could you help me out by putting that back after?" or anything to suggest he wasn't just being a d, but repeated "that's not where it goes." My response was simple, "I'll take care of it after". So since he went out of his way to be a d I will go out of my way to provide feedback. He needs to go. The look on the lady's face at the till and the nice gentleman that brought me my beer seems to suggest they would have no issue with seeing him go. To the non-gentleman, I put my cart back, hope the attitude you presented today was worth it. Came in around 9pm, all the staff were standing behind one register, talking, leaning against the wall. As I approached them, they all continued talking as if I wasn't there. After about 10 seconds, one sarcastically asked "can I help you?". I then asked for a single case of beer. After paying, the employee pointed to the cases of beer out on the floor. I politely asked for a cold case from the back, having been to this store many times I know the cases in the front are not cold. He then tells me "the cases in the front are colder" with an added sarcastic snicker from the rest of the employees. Needless to say, the beers were warm, and they all failed in their responsibilities to provide...

Staff and service here is great the laker ice and johnny bootleggers are always cold and crisp. Would be 5 star if the broccoli hair boy would tell me how he gets his hair done. Everytime i come in and see him I ask him how he does it and everytime he replies ls "its all natural bro" bullshit dude, I asked him to show me a picture from 5 years ago but refuses. Dude stop gatekeeping your hair and just tell me how you get it done. Will change to 5 star after he tells...
