Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ontario

I ordered a decaf coffee at this location at 9:30 pm on Canada Day... it’s now 5:07 am and I’m still wide awake. And I have a full day of work to look forward to. Seriously, thanks so much to the tall blonde girl who served me regular coffee. It may be a joke to you, but it causes me to wonder what else you are doing to my food.... people like you should not be allowed to handle food. It’s actually very frightening. I’m in the coffee business, and it’s impossible to mix up decaf/ regular unless you do it intentionally... different coloured packaging, and different coloured pots. That’s the last time I will ever visit Casino Rama, and spend my money there. I’ll save it for Vegas, you get treated...

If I could rate lower I would in all categories, service very slow, one person at counter, while others in the back, donuts cookies and muffins stale, probably day olds, bagels can be used for hockey pucks they are so hard, very rarely you get what you order, I’ll never waste my money on this place again....

Just had a worker skip over us/ let another person bud in line. We had to speak up. The other person wanted to fight us. Old guy with a beard and work boots, maybe a worker on the building. The workers tried to make us look like the bad guys for speaking up.. a really bad...
