Cinnabon — Restaurant in Ontario

The place is nicely located right in the corner of the mall near the Jalna Street entrance. The smell of the freshly baked cinnamon buns is always pleasant when stepping into the mall entrance. I feel like the products aren't quite as good as they were 10 years ago but maybe that's just me with a foggy memory as I tend to have an exaggerated memory of nostalgic items and tastes from my childhood at times LoL. The prices are pretty expensive for what they are but they are still a nice treat once in a blue moon but certainly not on a regular basis as I think it would surely make me sick of them...or give me diabetes LoL. Everyone is always appreciative if you buy a box for the office on a special occasion so it's nice they have that...

This is absolutely not acceptable packaging, apparently they are having ongoing supplier issues. This was part of a birthday gift and there is no way I'm giving a gift in what looks like Chinese food takeout boxes. I already paid before seeing this is how they are packaging their products. This was not disclosed to me before purchasing or I wouldn't have bought them. This is not a solution to your supplier issues, this is upsetting and a waste of money. This location has lost my business, figure this out before customers come for their holiday boxes, nobody will want to show up to their holiday...

We drove 1.5 hours to get a Cinnabon and when we got there at 12:45 pm they said they didn't have any more Classic Cinnabons and they aren't going to make any more!

We called the other location in London to see if they had a Classic Cinnabon, and they told us, "Yes, they are made fresh every 15 minutes." They thought it was odd that they weren't making them fresh throughout the day.

We ended up having to drive an extra 30 minutes to the other location!!

Very very very ticked off about this level of horrible...
