Well I usually only give places one chance to give them a 1 star or not but for dairy queen I gave them 2 chances the first day I went I got a peanut buster parfait with extra peanuts and a small misty slush an I got to the window an they had the peanut buster parfait ready for when I pulled up then I waited probably 10 minutes for my misty slush an they mentioned they were having problems with the machine so I was like alright I could see that probably not many people are getting misty slush in the winter. But then I went back around the day after an only got a peanut buster parfait with extra peanuts there were 2 cars in front of me so it probably took a good 5 to 8 minutes to get to the window once at the window I paid an as I waited 10 to 13 minutes as I wondered is anyone even making this single item I ordered then noticed another car or 2 behind me an then it finally came out clearly not the best service there unfortunately would of liked to give a better rating but they messed up 2 days in a row if I was a secret shopper they definitely would of...

For the 3rd straight year(now last) I had to make a special trip back(I'm 45mins away) to pick up a birthday cake because they "lost the order form" or there was no record of it despite me having a recipt. This time I went in because it wasn't ready the day prior, so I made a special trip into town for it. They lost the minecraft cake, so I picked another out, filled out the order form again with the 3 words I wanted on it. Refunded me and paid for the smaller cake.Told them I'd be back in 2 hours and she said that was fine! Came back and it didn't even exist, again!!!!!
