Fitzy’s Sports Bar — Restaurant in Ontario

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received here today. The bartender and her daughter waitress were rude, yelled at us, and told us to get out and never come back. This was after I asked questions about why they didn't communicate certain things to us about our large group booking. This bartender does not understand customer service. She seems a little self-entitled like customers owe her something, yet many of our party did not get their food. It took over an hour for drinks, over 2 hours for food, and some did not get any food at all, because their staff just 'forgot' to put the order in. When questioned about why the service was how it was, the answer was, they were too small to accommodate a group of our size. My advice would be for people to never go to this restaurant in a group larger than 2, because any order larger than that, seems to be just a little too much for them to understand and to complete. If I could give zero stars I would, and I believe that this restaurant won't survive much longer, as long as there is a bartender there who is as rude as she is,...

"Response from the owner 12 minutes ago 3 separate tabs weren't paid yesterday. Being unhappy with the service, does not give you the right to leave without paying for your beverages. It's theft. We're sorry you were unhappy with the service, but we'd appreciate it, if you'd pay your tab. Thank you. "

How is this okay? I put a 1 star due to the disrespect that was given and the bland food. As the "Owner" you should be ashamed.

1 - I paid my whole bill - I have MY full receipt so how dare you assume someone didn't pay!

2 - maybe be better equipped for a reservation that YOU approved of or DON'T TAKE THE RESERVATION!

3 - 2.5+ hours wait for any food is absolutely ridiculous - a table ordered at the same time - received their food - ate and left before other tables were even served. Multiple families left without receiving their food even after that long wait.

No wonder it was so empty and only 2 other customers....

Okay……that’s start off with the transformation, updated beautifully. They have multiple TVs to view from bar tables to stunning comfortable booths. The selection of beverages is excellent highly recommend the muskoka lager, light and refreshing. The service was phenomenal, drinks came quick and food was not far behind. We were informed of the buy one pizza second pizza half off. But we choose to go with club sandwich platters. The fries are hand cut and fried perfectly, the house dressing astonishing. Now to the main point the club, it was seasoning perfectly and the fresh chicken breast melts in your mouth. I will definitely be going back to enjoy future meals.
