WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR A ZERO STAR RATING TO THIS DOMINOES.
I called this restaurant on Saturday night that is on October 21st night. I wanted to place a delivery order and when I shared my house address with them on call, they said that I can only order from the other dominoes location which is on Clarke and Trafalgar as that one is close to my place. I tried ordering from the dominoes on clarke road but they wouldn’t take my order as they were closing in 15 mins. So I called this dominoes restaurant again and requested if they can take my order. Remember the one on Clarke road closes at 1Am and this dominoes closes at 3Am. I requested the guy who was on call to take my order and instead of taking my order he started explaining how the dominoes on clarke road is lying to me for not taking my order 15 mins before they close and how these guys take orders even at the last minute before closing. I kept requesting that guy, telling him that I need to have dinner and go to bed soon as as possible as I was doing a morning shift the next day, that is on Sunday. From there he started talking about his work schedule, his shift tomings pretending as if he doesn’t know that I’m talking about pizza and not about my work. The delivery guy called at the delivery time and told me that my building manager had issued a notice to Dominos Pizza store to avoid entering the building for door delivery a few months back.
Later I spoke to the dominos pizza manager at this store to confirm this, and it did not sound right to me. I doubt if I talked to the manager at that time. He claims that this notification was sent to Dominos Pizza months back. I am checking the same with my building manager.
I wonder how the other delivery was made at the door.
When I asked the manager this question, he said the other delivery guys might have made an exception.
The only thing that changed from the last order that my app on the iPad did not ask for a tip!- I ensure I tip every time, but this time, it is missed. Does that mean that I won't receive the promised service?
Do you remember you charged me a delivery fee and the tip is always optional, provided as a courtesy? I am going to report this to your franchisee head office as well.
I still see people doing door delivery safely except for Canada Post.

Read moreI did not have a great experience as I called to pickup an order from York location. I had a word with Gurukirpal Singh to place an order. The call was disconnected with in 5 mins while placing an order. I called back and he said that since I was asking a lot of questions on my order, he disconnected the call as he was not interested in listening to me. When I asked for his name he said he cannot share it as confidentiality. As per customer service confidentiality I am aware that you can share your first name and not the last name. The representative disconnected the call again. Upon pickup at 11:40 pm, I had a conversation with Deep Manager who was of no assistance as he said that Gurukirpal did not understand and there was an error on his end to understand. The manager at the end did not understand the cruciality of the situation and was of no help. The order was picked up. When asked for his name he was hesitant himself to share his name.
