I recently visited the Tim Hortons drive-through coffee shop and had a wonderful experience. From the convenience of the drive-through service to the quality of their coffee, I was impressed.

First and foremost, the staff at Tim Hortons were friendly and efficient. Despite the long queue, they managed to keep the line moving quickly, ensuring minimal wait times. The ordering process was smooth, and they got my coffee ready in no time.

Now, let's talk about the coffee itself. Tim Hortons never disappoints in this department. The aroma and taste of their coffee are simply fantastic. It was rich, flavorful, and had the perfect balance of strength and smoothness. The size options were generous, offering a range of choices to suit different preferences.

The only reason I'm not giving a full 5-star rating is that the drive-through area can get a bit congested during peak hours, which may lead to a slight delay. However, this is a minor inconvenience and doesn't overshadow the positive aspects of my visit.

I frequent this location often, several times a day actually. I noticed recently the employees removed the recycle and waste bins from the drive through. When I asked the young lady at the window where the bins were she said "we removed them because people were throwing garbage in them" I am serious, that was her answer. I said well what do I do with this waste and recycle from your store, right here in my car? she just shrugged. What a way to treat your customer? every other Tim Horton's out their has these receptacles in the drive through for this very reason. I read past her lame answer and realized it for what it was, employees being lazy....to me the manager is responsible for the growing mess all over the parking lot. Is it fair to the other business owners in this area having to deal with the filth this Tim's location IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING? This location is leaving the many customers it is serving no option but to place the litter on the ground where the receptacles once stood due to lazy employees. I urge everyone effected by this to contact the head office and voice your concern. This location is primarily a drive through location and as such we should be able to recycle and dispose of old coffee cups and wrappers/food waste in the drive through just like every other...
