Noticed that the store’s title has changed and was feeling hungry so I went inside to have a look. Upon entering I noticed that the interior has changed drastically and that there were new workers who seemed much more welcoming and sharper. I explained to them that my previous experiences with the store were not that good and actually pushed me away from returning. However these guys decided to show me what’s good, so I ordered the half and half mixed grill and they gave me free salad and without asking a fresh loaf of bread no extra charge. These guys were truly helpful and made me feel very good while I was in the shop and at home enjoying my meal. I’ve also noticed that the quality of the fries has increased drastically however there is always room for improvement on the lettuce...

Impressed with the sandwich. I really need to go back for the platter to give this a more accurate review, but I'm looking forward to that opportunity. Let's get to what I can say:

That home made bread makes all the difference. It was a huge sandwich that I gleefully over-ate in order to finish. Chicken and beef were both fresh carved from the skewer and were well, but not aggressively seasoned (my preference is usually aggressive).

Fries were properly double fried, giving a nice crispy exterior to a tender interior, with a delightful seasoning salt applied.

This is the best sandwich you're getting in the north east. And there's no room for debate.

We decided to come in last minute while on our way leaving out of London. Amazing and friendly staff. We walked in at 8:45pm, right before their closing but they were super understanding. Turned on all their appliances and got to cooking our meals. Every single meal came out fresh and tasty. Didn't make us feel rushed or unimportant. Catered to our needs and absolutely blew it out of the park! 10000% recommend. Place/customer service like this deserve all the traffic coming their way!
