I want to give more than 3 stars, but I've only eaten here a couple of times, and I haven't been really all that impressed. My first time eating here, I ended up waiting close 20 minutes just to order, despite there being several staff/employees behind the counter as no one seemed interested in coming over to take my order. Food took another 15 or so minutes, and while the sweet potato fries I'd ordered with my tricolor burger weren't bad, the burger itself was dry, which wasn't great considering I paid over $20 for my meal. The second time was much better, the location wasn't very busy, and I had my order taken as soon as I walked up to the register. My burger came within 5 minutes and while still a bit on the dry side was much better than the first time. The atmosphere is pretty good here, and while it's a bit pricey to order and wait times can be a bit inconsistent, I think its still worth trying at least once to make your mind up for yourself.

Easily the best burger on campus, but quality is very inconsistent. The burgers frequently come out dry and overcooked, likely them erring on the side of caution to avoid undercooked beef. Wait times are absolutely egregious. Was definitely worth it when TAMs were accepted, but nowadays I’d recommend first years save their money and go eat at a real restaurant instead.

I ordered September special which is smash burger taco. I waited for 30minutes to get my food since they FORGOT about my order. And they even burnt my food. I paid $16.17 and they give me a wrap. It was worthless. I thought it includes fries but it’s way TOO EXPENSIVE. And it wasn’t September special. I wasted my time and money.

the wait was very long despite the fact that I was the only one in line so I had a bit of time to study the menu. The gluten free buns are vegan as it says on the menu, so I asked for a vegan original burger. Every step of trying to get the vegan burger made me want to pull my hair out. She had to reconfirm every aspect and even asked if I wanted to beef (???) and then without prompting, another employee came out to "reassure" me that the gluten free buns are, in fact, vegan... but it wasn't me who didn't know, it was the person taking the order. I decided not to get fries because $10 is enough for one meal, but when the burger came it was half the size of a comparably priced burger that does come with fries. It had only basic toppings. I was going to ask for caramelized onions and bbq sauce (I can't have the signature sauce because of the eggs) at the sandwich station as the menu directed, but when I went to go pick up the burger they just shoved it in my face and gestured for me to go away. The top bun slid off the patty as i picked up the half full tray so it's also a 0/10 for...

I am very disappointing with CGC this year. The changes are so drastic. The massive elimination of salad and burger toppings, a rise in prices, and an unhygienic and inefficient ordering system, all to maximize profits. CGC no longer can claim that they are about sustainability and good local food at campus. I don't understand how anybody thought that any single one of these changes could be remotely positive for CGC or Queen's. This is a massive letdown for a...
