Gino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

The customer service at this location is the worst I've ever had! I've been a long time customer of Ginos, literally since I was in High school and I'm 37.. I've never had an issue. My orders used to go to oxford and second, the owner knows me by name there that's how often we order! But now they are going to Dundas and Maitland location. I ordered last night and the pizza was undercooked and I didn't complain, maybe they were having an off night, I ordered again tonight (craving pizza last few days) and I get half my pizza with so many toppings that aren't cooked into the pizza. I think they forgot and added them after. So I call the store only to be told it's not true and it's IMPOSSIBLE. I've never never never never had customer service like this EVER. Apparently he was a manager named piyush or biyush or something he kept spelling it so fast and trying to say it with such a strong accent I couldn't understand. He didn't offer to fix it, just told me it's impossible. Like I'm lying! My whole call is recorded and I will be talking to the owner tomorrow and bringing the pizza in. This is so terrible, and I tried it for several times from uber eats. The last time I ordered a buy one get one free from uber eats, first of all the only thing you will get for free is the dough, not the whole second pizza, and the toppings which I had pepperoni were soooo sparse and light that it was insulting! I had two toppings and they put it in a frugal manner that 80% of the sphere of pizza circle was empty, in each pizza I could see two to three pieces. I felt rubbed and in affronted and insulted. I could not finish even the first pizza and through the other one away.

No way order from this branch, if you want to go with Ginos buy from Cherryhill store.

And I guarantee that Sopranos is way better.
