Do not recommend this location whatsoever. Spent an insane amount on dinner for a fast food restaurant to have burnt inedible food that was made wrong with the wrong toppings. My husband went back, witnessed the customer in front of him yelled at for throwing something out in the garbage can at 10pm. The girl employee yelled at her that the dining room was closed and when the customer explained she was just throwing something out the staff rudely blocked the dining room off with chairs.
When it came his turn he explained our food was made wrong and they immediately were rude and told him he was lying and wanted photos to prove it. They got the photos and still refused to fix their mistake, he asked for contact information for the manager and were refused again. I called them to diffuse the situation they told me they weren’t allowed to give out free food, I explained it’s not free food as we just wasted $55 on it. He told us the bacon we were missing was under the burger patty that was melted right onto the bun and we had to rip the bun apart to check underneath the burger.
The employee lied and said the manager would contact us in the morning despite not having our contact information. When I stated I was on the phone while they were talking to my husband and I heard them being rude and refusing to fix their mistake and accused us of lying. He said he had already contacted the manager about the situation as he’s not giving us free food, but we were refuse contact information for the manager and we are to return tomorrow after 10am to talk to him. I explained I wouldn’t waste time, money and gas on sending him back at 10pm if we were lying, and despite not being rude or anything he rudely hung up on me mid conversation. The entire experience was horrible as we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for our inedible food and us as well as others were treated rudely by the 3 staff working that night. I understand Harvey’s is probably struggling for employees but they have zero customer service and robbed us of $50 dinner.
