Perfect Meat Bowl — Restaurant in Ontario

The food here is excellent—skewers are top-notch, and the bowls, while delicious, tend to be spicier than expected, even when ordered mild. However, the service is absolutely dreadful, easily some of the worst I’ve experienced. I understand that the staff might be university students juggling a lot, but that doesn’t excuse the rudeness or lack of effort. I’ve visited at least five times, and not once have I received a greeting or a farewell. When ordering at the front, the cashier barely acknowledges you, offering nothing but a blank, unwelcoming stare. I’ve always loved the Perfect Meat Bowl and have visited many of their stores. Unfortunately, this location is by far the worst in terms of food quality and service. The AC was broken, and with too many mosquitoes outside, they had to keep the door closed, making it unbearably hot inside. The fridge seemed to be malfunctioning as well. Despite these issues, I was desperately craving Chinese food and decided to order anyway.

DO NOT BE TRICKED BY REVIEWS—ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE!

First, the service was outright terrible. One of the workers was clearly not suited to work—impatient, rude, and honestly just dumb. Asked a simple question and got an attitude like I was interrupting their day.

The food? Not even close to fresh. Tasted like it had been sitting out forever. Don’t even get me started on the hygiene. Tables were dirty. Cutlery was stained. And the washrooms—we don’t want to talk about those.
