All Indian girls working there are great . They do know how much quantity is required in veggie wrap and I never needed to repeat my words with them. But new girl hired isn’t doing her job well, today was my second day in row, same order, undoubtedly she is very friendly but I feel so annoyed when she wasn’t following anything. For veggie wrap,I am paying for veggies not for only wrap with 2 piece of tomato,2 piece of cheese with minimum lettuce with almost nothing on it .I know she is new and is learning but how many times is enough(4 times were told ) for her to follow . At end when I say it’s not worth what I am paying for, she give me a look like I don’t care 🤷♂️ . I let the wrap in her hand and left . That’s a shame and not acceptable .Indian girls make delicious wrap every time and I never had any issue before. Appreciate all other Indian girl for their work 👍👍 . I will try once again someday if there is any difference otherwise I am...
Read moreI usually have great experiences here. Unfortunately, I was unlucky enough to be served by who I can only assume is a manager. It was completely empty when I walked in yet I had to wait a few minutes to be served for reasons I can't explain. Again, usually I have no problem. No problem with that either, fast service is obviously preferred, but after taking his time to start serving me in the first place, I was confused by the sudden rush. This caused him to completely destroy my sandwich in the process as I came home to find the bread ripped to shreds and the contents all over the wrapping. For a $10 sandwich, I'd hope to not eat it with a fork. Again, usually a great experience, just one...

Right before me, a white customer walked in and she calmly helped him by preparing his food without assumptions. But when I walked in to pick up my mobile cookie order, she didn’t even ask what I needed or greet me. Instead, she instantly assumed I was an Uber Eats driver and asked, “Which order are you picking up?”
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this from the same employee. It’s frustrating and disrespectful to be repeatedly stereotyped and not treated like a regular paying customer. I expect better customer service and fair treatment.
Subway needs to train their staff to treat every customer equally, without jumping to...
