Irie Bites Cafe — Restaurant in Ontario

Had the worst experience with these people at Sunfest. I had ordered the Jerk chicken with rice and plantains. They said it will be 10 mins for the rice because the have to make a new batch, they said i could walk around and come back "they will remember me". I walk around and come back. They asked what I was waiting for.. I told them.. the Jerk chicken, Rice, and plantains. two other people came up, ordered plantains, got them and left. Finally when the rice was ready they said they were out of plantains.. which I had ordered before all of those other people. After all that i got my food. (except the plantains) and got home and tried it, the rice tasted like sewer water, i went back got my money back and will never go there again.

Ordered take out/delivery online. What a joke! I waited 2 hours to get my order. Online said it was received, processed and delivery was on it's way. I waited patiently and no one showed up. I'm really glad I didn't pay for it online or I would have burned. I called the business to see what happened to my order, I got an answering machine that was full so I couldn't leave a voicemail. I emailed the business twice to let them know my disappointment. That was a couple days ago, still haven't gotten so much as a phone call, text, msg, email acknowledging their mistake and how to make it right. I will take my business elsewhere. Not a good way to run a business! Never again! I'll stick to Rose and Reggaes Carribean restaurant instead. Never...

Tastes good, but if you order it off of Uber Eats your side dish is practically the whole dish. I ordered jerk chicken and recieved 90% rice n peas. That was the saddest amount of chicken I've ever received from a jamaican spot. Also on Uber Eats they advertise their beef paddies as being home-made. That was the most run of the mill, factory made paddy every single jamaican spot has. The problem being that it was 5 dollars for it. Every other spot that I've been to charged max 3 dollar for that factory made paddy. Just disappointed. If they gave a far amount of chick and advertised truthfully what patties they were selling I would give it...
