I placed an order in advance for pickup at 7:10. When I got there the person working there said the person before him didn't mention the order so It wasn't made I was on lunch during work so this sucked but it's fine people forget it happens, the worker there was super nice he made my order as quickly as he could so if this was based purely on service this would be a five stars. However what I ordered was listed as 11.99 before tax but I was charged 13.49 before tax. I would have told the employee but I felt bad because I think he was the only one there (unless another worker was on break) and was getting alot of customers so I'm not gonna ask him if he accidentally overcharged me when he's making 5 sandwiches for one customer whilst trying to coordinate taking the order of 5 others. So the review is more directed towards the ownership for understaffing which will obviously result in mistakes like this...
