VERY POOR/BAD!! ~i USED 2 Eat Here,.. UNTIL a Few Weeks Ago, When i Got Take-OUT,.... The Food Was BLAND, SOGGY & Looked Like iT Had Been THROWN TOGETHER!!-& UNDER-COOKED!..i Thought iT Was JUST a 1-OFF, So i Ordered From Them Again,..& Low'n Behold!...-AFTER Being on the Phone, Almost a HALF HOUR,-TRYING 2 Order My Food For Pick-Up,.. Trying 2 Speak With Someone Who UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH,-From 1 to Another,.. After Getting Passed Around From 3 Different Girls,-& The OLD GUY,-Who Answered the Phone,-Who SHOULDN'T,-As HE CAN'T SPEAK a WORD,or UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!.-& Who is PiG-IGNORANT!...iT Became VERY FRUSTRATING, 2 Order Something SO SIMPLE!!.. FINALLY Got iT Done, WITH HESITANCY;-With the GIRL,Who Did Nothing But RUSH ME, & NEEDS Some TIPS On Being POLITE, or An ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT!.. After Going 2 Pick-Up My Food, & Getting Home 2 Eat iT!-..iT Was SOOO DISAPPOINTING, That iT Was WORSE Than B-4!!:( Sorry That i Had Given Them the BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT!..i NOW,.. Will NEVER, EAT a CRUMB, From THIS PLACE AGAIN!!..-Let Alone, WASTE MY PRECIOUS MONEY HERE!🤬😡😱🤢🤢😓😨😰😩☹️😝..Lets Just Put iT This Way,....iT Was That BAD,..iT Went Straight into the GARBAGE!-..i DIDN'T Even Eat Dinner That Night, As iT Was SUCH a PUT-OFF!!:( & VERY DISAPPOINTING!.. Aswell As DISGUSTING!! ~NEVER AGAIN!..i DO NOT,.. RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, AT ALL!!😖😡😷🤬.. I just took my 91 year old grandfather here for dinner for his birthday. It was his favorite place to eat. I have dietary restrictions and I asked A LOT of questions before ordering. I was very specific. My grandfather is 91. Lived through the war.. WILL NOT EAT POTATO SKINS (says they're pig food) I don't disagree but I asked BEFORE ordering and was told "no we don't have SKINS on our French fries" NOTE... THEY DID... I have allergies and I told her Even asked the contents of my dinner. I had the hot hamburger... did it have wheat as a filler our server said no... I asked for JUST THE MEAT AND GRAVY on my plate as it's normally served ON bread and with vegetables ( which I'm also allergic to) it came to me ON BREAD AND WITH THE VEGETABLES. I told her I couldn't eat it and to just remove it from my order. I'd have the rice pudding. She brought that AND another dinner steak in a to go package. I cannot be sure it wasn't just taken off the bread and put into a container and I asked her not to bring it she did anyway. She removed $7 from my bill after messing up the ENTIRE birthday dinner. I would not recommend this place if you have restrictions or allergies the servers don't listen can't get it straight and you'll end up disappointed. My grandfather LOVED the fish but left the fries because guess what... there WERE SKINS on and he WON'T eat them. My mother was supposed to get a salad and the waited brought soup, my husband ordered the burger and fries and the burger was under cooked. This was a very bad experience after many many good ones for my Grandfather. He wasn't happy and...

I gave the food two stars only because the eggs, fries and toast were satisfactory. The steak was disgustingly horrible! Service and first impression was very poor. As a person of color I felt very unwelcome in the restaurant, solely because of the treatment of one person. The older woman at the cashier (wearing a burgundy blouse) on June 29/24, is very very unpleasant with horrendous display of cavities. When I went in the restaurant, she did not even look at me. I told her I need a table for one and she responded, “sit where you wanted!” Another lady came to serve me, she was pleasant and she served the food. She appeared tired but created a better impression than the lady in the burgundy blouse. The tea container was broken spilling the tea all over the table, I was able to work with it and did not complain. I was the only person of colour in the restaurant when I was dining. I ate the food and left but regretted eating at this place. There is a KFC across from the restaurant, you are better off going there or patronize other restaurants in the area instead of this place. I sincerely wish I would get back a full refund. It was my first time at this restaurant and the experience was not a good one. I didn’t tip the waitress not because she didn’t deserve it but because of the overall experience. I hope the manager give her a raise for being pleasant after seeing...
