WORST PLACE! and what is even worse is the staff attitude. We went there on Monday noon and ordered pav bhaji, chhole bhature, Pani puri and a couple of drinks. The pav was literally mouldy and the bhature had a couple of hair particles. I've shared the photo here. But when we informed them, the staff member said it's a paper colour. I mean even a kid could see the difference between a mould and a color. First of all this shouldn't happen.
Okay next, this happens we understand. But what is important is accepting the mistake. The staff member lady named "kanwal" was like "okay if you don't want to eat, fine but you have to pay for it because we made it for you. We are giving you the "CHANCE" if you want to get something else for the same price." Like seriously? Why do I even pay for the food which was stale and I didn't even eat it. And what is this word - we are giving you chance? Are you doing us a favor?
Next, we said okay we would like to speak to the manager. The first girl said the manager is not here. But when we escalated the issue, Kanwal (the staff member) said I'm the manager. And mostly she was not the manager. So we said okay if you can't solve the issue then we would like to speak to the store owner. Kanwal said he's not here. We said call him and we can clear the issue. She was like no I won't call him he's busy. You have to pay.
So after several heated moments she said if you want to speak to his (owner's) wife she's here. Then why didn't she show up till we were having a loud conversation. In the end we were very frustrated and said we have to call the police and the health authority then. At that moment she said fine, don't pay and you can also give a 1 star review if you want to. This happens multiple times and others pay the full amount too. The extremely bad attitude she and the other guy gave.
I request you to please change the attitude and make your staff understand how to behave. Just not about food. Mistakes happen, but address the concern nicely, accept the mistake and don't play with people's health.
Certainly I didn't want to take the person's name here but the wrong attitude of her made us annoyed.

I recently visited this place with my friends and we ordered 2 plate Pav Bhaji, 2 Chole Bhature, 1 Pani puri and few drinks. To our utter shock, the Pav had mould on it, and the Bhature had hair strands! This was completely unacceptable and highly unhygienic.
When we brought this to the staffâs attention, their response was casual and dismissive. Instead of addressing the seriousness of the issue, they merely offered to replace the items as if that would make up for the lack of basic hygiene.
We didnât want any replacements and wanted to leave because it had already spoiled our mood. I have worked in food industry and understand such things can happen but we atleast expect to receive a sincere apology but instead they just said itâs not mould itâs just the colour of polythene that has been transferred. We were ready to pay for the rest of the items (drinks and Pani Puri) we had consumed. However, the staff insisted us on paying for atleast 1 pav bhaji & chole bhature which led to an argument. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and failed to handle the situation professionally. The staff kept saying such things keeps happening, we are atleast giving you a âchanceâ to get replacement. When we asked for manager first they said there no manager then suddenly one of them says Iâm the manager. Then we asked then we would like to talk to the owner, first they said the owner is busy then suddenly they said the owners wife is here but wouldnât talk with us. Finally after few heated exchange of words when we mentioned we will complain to health & safety and call 911 and if they say we have to pay tripple the price we would, only then they didnât charge for the pav bhaji & chole bhature. I visited this location on 6th April around 8:30 and asked to dine in the restaurant. They said they donât allow to dine after 8:30 but on google it says they close at 9pm. So why wouldnât you allow your customers to dine in after 8:30? There is no such information posted online or in the restaurant that they donât dine in after 8:30. After having a conversation with one their staff members, she was very adamant that we cannot dine in. If you have such rules and policies in place please post them on your website or may be a poster on the front door of your restaurant so that customers can order from home and not have to visit your restaurant instead do the take out. However, we asked if we can talk to a manager in charge, the girl said no manager is working. How is that even possible that no one higher up was there to deal with customers concerns. Were the staff holding food handlers to be able to serve the food in the restaurant?
Another concern, we placed order on front counter, order taker girl was really polite and was very patient. But the staff member who were preparing the food was not very friendly or apologetic for the inconvenience. We ordered food for around 50 dollars and we asked for extra chutney she said we have to pay extra 50cents for that.
After so much of inconvenience that has caused, no apology whatsoever, not even good quality food.
