Jerry & Jenny's Diner — Restaurant in Ontario

I loved going here till today. I travel from LaSalle to Tecumseh to enjoy this restaurant. But now due to a server being very rude changed my mind. You see I had a video call and didn't know how to lower the volume and this server told me to lower the volume because I was disturbing others. I did get the volume down with the help of another new server who was very kind. When I went to pay I apologized to the rude server and mentioned that there was a customer sitting in front of were I was sitting who talks extremely loud and asked why he's not asked to speak quietly? Her response was completely unacceptable, she said that it's because I was using a phone. I ask you how is that any different? A Loud voice is a loud voice regardless. I spoke to the manager who was very nice and while speaking to him she once again spoke rudely defending her actions. I did tell them that I won't be back. There's one way I'll come back if she responds with an apology indicating her poor behavior towards me! You don't get to pick and choose who you are going...

Ok so never ever ever go to Jerry and Jenny's diner! Unless of course you enjoy being served food with short and curly hairs. We ordered breakfast and my daughters eggs came adorned with a thick curly hair cooked into her egg. The waitress apologized and took the food back to the kitchen to get her a new breakfast. A few mins later she returned with new food. My daughter moved the egg and there was a new hair similar to the first under her eggs. What's almost as bad is they brought back the same hashbrowns and toast on the same plate. We know because she had spread marmalade on the toast and flipped it over before sending it back. The waitress was apologetic, and said our entire bill was on the house. Then shortly returned with a bill with only my daughter's order off the bill. First time every giving the place a try. Ordered a cup of coffee and a Western Omelette and for across the table a breakfast special. The coffee had soap residue floating in the cup. They replaced it saying in my 8 years I've never seen that. It's soap residue from the dishwasher. The Omelette looked delicious, except I chose a seat where I could see inside of the kitchen. Turns out the secret ingredient is a bit of sweat from the cooks face as he, while wearing gloves kept touching his face and neck then the food. The breakfast special had an egg shell in it. They came back stating the cook shebknows very well and claims he touched his face with his forearm and elbow. My answer was I'm sitting right here. Her repy was are you sure?
