Dear Jimmy the Greek Management,
I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent incident that I witnessed at your Kingston location. As a regular customer, I have always enjoyed the food and service at your establishment. However, during my visit two weeks ago, I was shocked and appalled to see an employee, a brown girl, being subjected to physical harassment and verbal abuse by her owner.
The employee in question was providing excellent service, being both nice and adorable to all customers. Unfortunately, her owner's behavior was anything but acceptable. I saw the owner punch and slap the employee in front of all customers, which was not only distressing but also highly unprofessional. I could not understand the reason behind such aggressive behavior, but I am certain that physical harassment and abuse should never be tolerated, regardless of the circumstances.
To make matters worse, the owner's behavior towards customers was also deplorable. The employee, who was clearly upset, continued to serve other customers while holding back her tears. This level of mistreatment towards an employee who works for you is not only disheartening but also sets a terrible example for your customers.
I strongly urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Providing a safe and respectful work environment for all employees is not only a legal obligation but also a moral responsibility.

Read moreI'm a regular customer at your Kingston location in the Cataraqui town center. Jimmy the Greek is my go to place when I eat at the mall every Thursday with my family. I have unfortunately stopped going there because of the rude service I have received by (I apologize for not knowing her name) the Asian lady. I have given her the benefit of the doubt on many occasions but it is getting worse. She does not acknowledge customers when they approach the counter, her manners are very far and few in between. On one occasion I asked for an extra plate so i could share my food with my son and even offered to pay for it. She refused to give me a plate so I had to go elsewhere to get one. My mom has also stopped going there as your associate will not speak a single word from the beginning of the transaction to the end. I'm not sure if there is something going on in her personal life but her attitude and spilling over to customers and it's awful. Lastly, when you get to the till she does not give you your total, regardless if it is on the screen, she just stands there and stares. When you hand her the money, to her hand, she just slams my change in the counter. This is pretty much the only restaurant in the mall I enjoy so hopefully something can be resolved so I can start...
Read moreAbsolutely atrocious service today. Have worked in the mall for around 12 years, always went to Jimmy the Greek. The new young workers are HORRIBLE. Asked for a chicken fillet meal to go. Obviously they ask what you want on the salad, I said everything but the cheese due to my lactose intolerance. She starts making the salad and at the end heaps the cheese on. My boyfriend politely said "oh she said no cheese" the lady full on rolled her eyes at both me and my boyfriend, acts annoyed she has to make another one and turns and laughs to another worker.
