Made me to throw my burger rather than eating that burger.

It is the incidence happened late evening yesterday i went to get 2 masala veggie burgers, i paid and was just standing in front of counter there is a window from where you can see kitchen inside. The staff was cleaning with chemicals and other things to pack up for the day. This girl named (Isha)was using really dirty cloth and was wiping something, some moments later she threw that dirty cloth to side and start preparing my burger with bare hands. I was shocked to see i asked the front counter cashier that is she making my burger, she replied yes amd then i told her can you please tell her to wash her hands first, cashier informed her she went and back in less than 5 seconds continue making same burger then cashier informed her to throw the burger and make a new one. Because front counter cashier was able to judge what happened just now so she tried her best to make situation. Front counter girl handed me burger and the same moment i was not able to take that threw in the main bin rather than eating food that is not good or might be a great concern for my health This is really dishearten to everyone because everyone is not able to watch whats going on inside and this is food court everyone place their order and to wait they sit on chairs in food court.

I usually really like A&W. It was the first place where I had avocado on a burger and that has become a permanent condiment at my house. Unfortunately, at this particular A&W I experienced the worst service I have ever encountered. Obviously, the boss was away and the staff were having a great old time talking and laughing with each other. The music had been turned up and due to it raining outside, the floor was sopping wet. We ordered food for 3 .my gf and her sons order were correct my order was 100% wrong . I ordered 2 pappa burgers with cheese and bacon with just onion mustard and ketchup when we got home with the food there was 1 little piece of bacon on 1 of the burgers none on the other there was mayo or what ever sauce they use no must or ketchup ..U would figure at the price we pay the order would be checked before its bagged for takeout .i love a and w but will not order from this location again as i work to hard to waste money on an order that...
