Orange Julius — Restaurant in Ontario

I feel like the training at this location has not been thorough enough. I have witnessed multiple employees from this location go to the restroom with their aprons on, and the one time I went there to get a freshly squeezed orange juice, the employee was not wearing gloves or a hair net, and in the midst of squeezing the oranges, stuck his hand in the garbage to get something out of it, and then went back to squeezing the orange juice without gloves, without washing his hands, and with the hand he had just stuck into the garbage can. As someone who has worked in the food and beverage industry for many years, I was shocked and disappointed to see these kinds of habits, and was even more shocked that the employee seemed to be so unaware of how unhygienic these practices are that he felt comfortable doing it right in front of myself and a lineup of other customers. I was not comfortable drinking the juice after what I saw and threw it away, even though I had paid roughly nine dollars for it. I did not make a complaint then and there as there was a large lineup and I had other engagements, but I will not be going again. Me and my friends went there today at 6:00 pm and ask for fresh orange juice and the guy who was working over there was very rude. He don’t even have a sense how to serve customers. We ask if he can make fresh orange juice for us and he said I can’t we are too busy right now and there was not even a single person standing in line. We understand if it’s closing time but it was only 6:00 pm. He was not even listening to us and said to us go to bubble tea and get fresh juice from there, we feel he did racism with us. If there is an option to give 0 star I would choose that. That was so ridiculous and rude. I hope he should learn...

The guy was very rude with us and he refused to serve. He said go to bubble tea and get the fresh juice from there and even we were standing there asking why you can’t give fresh juice at 6pm but he was not listening us and said have a good night. We were three people, he should’nt be say we are busy i can’t give you fresh juice. That was so ridiculous. I don’t even want to give one star for that service. So mean, so rude, it feels like he did racism with us. For next time we never want to visit this place and ask our other friends to stop...
