Kathy's Kakes — Restaurant in Ontario

I had a special request to have a cake of my partners Canyon bike. My partner is a long time cyclist and is turning 65. So I sent a picture to Kathy to see if she could create a special cake for a special occasion for a special person. Kathy came through with and amazing cake that was 1/2 vanilla and 1/2 chocolate and the butter cream icing was just the right sweetness. When we presented the cake to my partner she couldn't cut the cake since it was her Canyon bike. We did finally get the candles blown out and the cake cut. Kathy was great!! I ordered a dozen red velvet cupcakes and a dozen vanilla buttercream cupcakes. They were delicious 😋. The icing on the red velvet was cream cheese but also had white chocolate. It just melted in your mouth. The vanilla melted in your mouth as well. Kathy was extremely responsive, and her customer service was impeccable. Not one issue occurred, and everything was as wanted. My daughter's wedding was last Saturday (Oct 16/21) and Kathy made the wedding cake as well as about 400 dessert squares.
