Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Ontario

The swrvisewas terrible and the pizza just as bad. There was a transgender ahead of me when I went in. He was obviously in the transition of becoming a women. After that person left, the two girls behind the counter were whispering together about what they had just seen which was very very inappropriate. I ordered my pizza and asked for delivery but they were unable to deliver but didn't give a reason, when I went to pick it up, there was 3 delivery guys coming and going. The pizza itself was very greasy and the flavor wasn't quite right. However my bf and daughter seemed to enjoy it. Unfortunately after my experience, we won't be getting it again- ever! Staff was not helpful at all. When asked when there would be more pepperoni slices available, a customer was told "I have no idea when it will be ready but probably a really long time". Consistently bad pizza and food from this Pizza Nova location and maybe the worst pizza I’ve had, since moving to Orillia. I love Pizza Nova pizza, but I’ve now order a third time from this location, in hopes of getting better food, yet it seems that the food gets consistently worse. My pizza is always burnt and everything I order is far too well done. Also, I order premium toppings, and I expect more than 5 sundried black olives on a large pizza, as well as more than a teaspoon of pizza sauce. Whoever is running this franchise, is very cheap (to the point that they are frugal with PIZZA SAUCE, which is one of the cheapest ingredients) and they do not deserve to run a gourmet pizza franchise. Also, don’t let the stoned guy cut the pizza anymore, because he has no idea what he’s doing. Does this franchise have any quality...

Used to get from this location all the time. Not sure if there is new management but it has gone way downhill. It was bad the time before this and I thought maybe it was just a fluke and shook it off. This time it was terrible. Complete trash. Guess it’s time to find a new pizza place.

Decided to get the deal with the wedges wings and boneless this time. Wings were burnt to a crisp with no sauce. Boneless were burnt to a crisp and tasted like burnt hockey pucks. Wedges were burnt to a crisp and tasted like nothing but oil. The pizza was also just garbage. It was also like a toddler cut it… some slices were 1/4 of the pie while others were one bite slices. I’m going to assume the management here is new within t the last year. No way you go from being awesome to being absolute trash...
