Starbucks — Restaurant in Ontario

I went to the Starbucks at the Onroute in Barrie and ordered a Brown sugar oat americano at the drive thru. About 20 minutes driving I finally took a first sip of my drink and was disappointed to have a cold cup of milk. I don’t even know if there was any espresso in the drink it was so white. I have to assume it’s only milk I got. Since I was already way past that starbucks to turn around and get the drink fixed I stopped at this Starbucks in zehrs. Dani and Katie were at the counter. I wanted to reach out and share a great story, with an incredible barista, Preston Vivian, from the Memorial Ave store, in Orillia. I admit, I was craving a chai a bit late. We drove to my favorite Starbucks 5-10 min before closing. The car ahead had a huge order, so when we rolled up to the screen, the order taker said "I'm sorry, we are closed". I was so disappointed. Then Preston popped on the drive thru and said come on up in the friendliest voice. I was so happy 😁

Amazing fast and friendly service!! I would really like to give a huge shout out to the one barista Adia. She greeted me with a big smile and a friendly hello. After taking my order, she recommended I try one of their chocolate croissants as I have never had one. Needless to say, she was totally right!! It was delicious!! So that kind of customer service and attention to detail is another reason why I choose this Starbucks over the rest. So THANK YOU ADIA for being an awesome and friendly member of Starbucks.
