Went to KatsuMe with my friends for the first time because one of my close friends strongly recommended me to try this amazing place. I ordered variety of food here including garlic alfredo aktsu, katsume sandwich, and BBQ chicken on hot plate. As expected, BBQ chicken was extremely juicy with smoky flavour and well marinated. The sandwich was crispy and well balanced despite eating with bread instead of rice. The portion was just right even though it was cheaper than other dishes. The garlic alfredo katsu was the highlight of the meal. Juicy, tender, and crispy. I was unsure about eating fried katsu with a creamy sauce because it could have been too greasy. But the variation of the two were delightful and the garlic chips added an extra layer of flavourfulness. Overall, the restaurant serves high quality of delicious food for a reasonable price. Atmosphere, customer service, and location, can’t be any better. The young lady who served me was patient and calm, explained every dish in detail with full of smile and kindness. I’m glad that London now has an authentic Korean restaurant that serves all different types of Korean dishes, not only just katsu. I see myself coming here often with family and...

Went with the Family. We love Katsu. We love Korean Fried Chicken. They delivered on both. I am giving 5 stars, but they deserve 2...from Michelin. I am not kidding. If you are anywhere near London, make the trip. Kid had Pork Roll Cheese Katsu. I had Fish Katsu, Spouse had Katsu Nabe. We shared honey garlic fried chicken and Bulgogi Poutine. Everything was top shelf and perfect, right down to my homemade tartar sauce. My spouse, the Super Taster, raved about her Banchan, noting that it was all very fresh. The flavours were balanced. You could tell the Banchan dishes were made in-house and with love, as there was no hint of the bitterness you find in the commercial made items. The staff was warm, but efficient. the food came out perfectly cooked, and was the freshest tasting restaurant meal I have had in London, in over 8 years. Lastly, I have been to Katsuya, and I have been to bbq Chicken. Both have amazing food. Both are easily 5 Stars, on an average day. This was better. I mean it. I am going to write to Michelin. Worth every penny. Peace...

Waited 40mins for ordered item to be served, as we could not eait any longer for it to be dine-in, we asked whether it could be changed to take out. Server asked us whethe we could pack the meal by ourselves (for no reason), per our request, they agreed to pack the meal (ordered with broth and katsu) with the broth and katsu separately, which in the end they did not. Guests who have arrived at the same time as us and after us were served with their main course on their tables, and the server told us they were too busy. We've ordered two items for dining in, which we've waited for 40mins, and one item for take out initially. In the end, we got the take-out item waited for even longer time after we've asked to take the dine-in items for take out and after we've paid our bills. Your performance has comprehensively demonstrated your restaurant's spirits and attitudes towards...

Really great experience coming here!! The food was great and the employees were kind and polite, and check up on you once in a while to make sure you're ok without being overbearing. I was a bit confused walking into the restaurant bc I wasn't sure if it was a self-serve or sit-down type of restaurant, because of the layout, but turns out it's a sit-down where they bring you menus. There are tons of food options, and I noticed there were more options than noted on their website (like udon). It took me forever to choose bc I wanted to try everything. Overall, this is a great place to eat with family and friends. I think the pork katsu was slightly dry but with the Alfredo sauce it was okay. Would definitely come here again when I'm in the city to try the other items (and they have Korean food too!!). Even my mom loved her fish katsu and she hates deep fried food
