Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

I am soooo frustrated right now. I just order 2 hot n ready candians a chicken wing and crazy bread....we tear in to the first box and 20 min later we open the second box and it peperoni....I call they say the ticket says pepperoni.. ok i count my change... well i just took 200 out of the bank and i now have 160 bucks left... lets do the math. The ordered comes to approx 40...for 2 canadians a wing and a crazy bread with taxes. Sooo..... They keep me on the phone and look through there tickets... well because it was rang up wrong in the ticket they arent willing exchange the pizza. Now they are calling me a liar with their tones and then have the kahoonas to hang up on me. Really. LiTTLE CEASERS here in CHATHAM. You have now lost our business and everyone will know how you were not willing to rectify your mistake. I am not looking for handouts...so for the difference of 5 bucks you are willing to loose our busiess and possibly many more....??? Crapy thing is we really enjoys that first pizza.And were getting ready to put up a great report..... I drove the pepperoni pizza and anything we had left back to the store. Asked whos the boss...took down their names.....said I paid for a canadian not pepperoni. I work in the same industry as you and I know how this works. So you keep your pepperoni pizza and no I dont want...

Absolutely disgusted with Chatham store, they have lost mine and all my families business! My husband and I came in with a street friend to buy him a pizza--he was 100% respectful, stayed by our sides and had nice conversation with him while waiting FIVE minutes for his pizza. The manager or owner walked in, gave him a nasty look and called the Chatham police--not one but THREE officers showed up. I explained we were waiting for pizza and the officer kicked him out; no questions asked, rude and condescending. I was livid and disgusted, those police officers need a lesson in compassion, empathy, understanding, and dignity! That store employee should be ashamed of his actions! Our friend was still respectful, calling the officers Sir and complying immediately. He did nothing wrong and the customers didn't care. The only people who did something wrong was Little Caesars and the Officer who kicked him out. I hope that people think twice about lining the pockets of this pizza place. It could be any one of us on the streets, so just remember, they wouldn't bat an eye to help you...

This is now my 2nd time leaving a review (I am editing my old one from a year ago) as this is the 2nd time we've had an issue with our order and the delivery driver once again.

Tonight my girlfriend had ordered Italian Cheese Bread and had asked the girl on the phone if it could be put in 2 separate boxes and she said that they usually do come in separate boxes. The guy showed up and had went to the WRONG building and kept insisting to my girlfriend that he WAS at the RIGHT building he started to slightly argue with her and said she wasn't answering the buzzer. So after telling him 3 times that he was at the wrong building he finally realized he WAS at the wrong building and came over to ours. As he gave us our order it once again (For the 4TH time in a row tonight) came in one BIG box instead of 2 separate boxes this is an order for 2 people not a group of 4. So my girlfriend had to take all of her Cheese Bread and put it onto a plate instead of leaving it in the box as we ALWAYS leave it in the box to save for later whenever we do get...
