Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

The girl that made my order and served me tonight did a fantastic job. I asked for a farely tough order customized to our liking. Right away over the phone she was so very nice. She understood my order where most don't usually get it. When I arrived she had our order right there for us. Once we were home and checked the goods I was amazed she had cooked it to perfection. Truly the best little caesers I have ever had. Both by taste and experience. I wish I knew her name to throw a shout out but unfortunately I didnt catch it. The customer service is excellent, every time I have been they’re very friendly and always have other options if what you want isn’t there. The pizza itself is typically pretty good, you’re getting what you pay for, I wouldn’t say to go there anywhere close to closing though or it will be barely edible. My main issue is that every time I’ve been there, there is no medium pepperonis. I really am not exaggerating when I say that. I have honestly never been to a Little Caesars where they didn’t have them or at least have one in the oven that would be coming out soon. Food is prepared on dirty pans covered in grime, crumbs and a bug on one of them, no gloves are worn, and the individuals working do not wash their hands very often. Management stated twice that “treating customers like children” is the usual there. Overall, incredibly disappointing for the way it is presented as a friendly, positive, safe environment.

Store owner gets employees and family (?) to write positive reviews after anyone speaks out against the company and their policies. Definitely will not return and strongly question their integrity.
