Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

I use to be a fan of little caesars, on last Friday I really wanted a pizza from them as I was driving along Oxford I noticed a sign from them and I pulled into get one. I had called from the park lot to place the order so I don’t have to go in come back out and go back in however long story short when I was speaking to the guy on the phone I told him I wanted the pizza on their sign for 7.99 a Quattro he then told me that no longer exists I said I’m confused he walked to the front of the store while we were on the phone and said that’s not there he cannot offer it to me. I then proceeded to say it’s here on your lawn sign for 7.99 no expiry date anything he then started to argue with me to tell me he cannot give me at that price as it’s no longer an offer in a rude tone, so I asked to speak to a manager he said there’s none here I said what time will he/she be in be told me the time and I said no problem I will definitely be calling to talk to the manager about the manner in which you spoke to me when I was only telling you what your sign is saying. I ordered the pizza anyways and when I stopped to eat on a single slice of pizza was this hair one strand of hair. I called their head office as the branch manager was not in and was told the regional would give me a call back. I have not received one call as yet. Definitely will not be...

Pizza was under cooked, called back asked for manager. Female manager got on the phone and was ignorant. Told me head office deals with undercooked pizza issues then hung up on me. I called back she would not Ans the phone, called from my second number she Ans and then threatened me with calling the police and having me charged with harassment. So because a customer is upset with the quality of food the cops should be involved. I called head office in the USA and now the manager is going to be dealt with accordingly. You don’t threaten the police on a customer because your products quality is not acceptable. Make a new pizza n take the loss. They need to fire the female manager that is destroying this places reputation. Glad you let my family not eat supper Friday night. Just read all the 1 star reviews she has gotten this place =, there are lots of other jobs out there if your not happy where you work move on don’t wreck someone else’s business over...

If you don't get a credit via phone you will not get the food you paid for that they made incorrectly. ....

By the way as I leave this with you and you make my pizza I can hear every word you're saying about me behind the ovens. Call it a mother's charm. It's a cheese pizza -- I called ... No one answered. Came in person within 24 hours to fix this "first world issue". You made me feel like it was Gucci lol ... No pepperoni.. that's all guys.
